30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to Return
- Email hello@majshow.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label (free for exchanges, $5 deducted for refund returns)
- Drop off your package at any courier location
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
Non-Returnable Items
Underwear, swimwear, and final sale items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll send a replacement at no charge.
